Weekly meditation
Breath work is an excellent tool for cultivating present moment awareness. It’s also great for calming your nervous system and relieving stress.
Join me for a short, beginner-friendly set of breathing exercises and meditation designed for folks who don’t always feel comfortable sitting still.
Wiggling, stimming and all forms of movement are acceptable and encouraged throughout our practice. All levels of experience and participation are welcome!

Location: Class is provided virtually, via Google Meet – Link is sent through email upon registration
Session Length: 30 minutes
Pricing: Sliding Scale – $3 – $6 – $9 + free tickets for folx in need

Participation: Whatever you are most comfortable with! Cameras, voice or chat interaction and/or using your real name are not required. Join and leave at any time, no questions asked. All activities presented during this offering are optional!
Activity Level: Mild to Moderate, based on options chosen – breath work can be surprisingly strenuous, so please be gentle with yourself!
Props: Nothing other than a couch, chair, bed, mat or soft portion of floor for sitting and laying – blankets, pillows, blocks and other comfort items may be useful for enhancing your experience but are not required!

Noticing your surroundings, your body and your breath
