Creative co-working
Open co-working space for tackling a creative project, or taking a doodling or coloring break to recharge between other tasks in your day. Anything we engage with is an act of creation and we are all living works of art – tasks of any kind are welcome here!
An optional show & tell space for sharing our creations is included at the end of the session, as well as options to stay in contact with the group and share our creations and resources between sessions.

Participation: Whatever you are most comfortable with! Cameras, voice or chat interaction and/or using your real name are not required. Join and leave at any time, no questions asked. All activities presented during this offering are optional!
Activity Level: dependent solely on the creative activity you choose
Supplies: Whatever is required to make the art or craft of your choice. Unsure of what you’d like to make? Suggestions of items to bring are: modeling clay, coloring books, crayons, pencils, blank paper to sketch on, construction paper, scissors and glue sticks.

9:00 AM – Welcome & Introduction (2 min)
Grab a drink, gather supplies, find a good spot to work and get cozy
9:02 AM – Intentions – verbal or text-based (5 min)

9:07 AM – Creative Focus Time (70 min)
Time for you to work on your project or tasks – take breaks as needed
10:17 AM – Show & Tell (10 min)
Optional space for you to share your progress during the session
10:27 AM – Closing & Goodbyes (3 min)
Wrap up, thank yous and info about upcoming sessions
Note: When my schedule allows, I occasionally extend this session to a full 120 minutes, with two 45 minute focus blocks and a 5 minute break between.
