Community Yoga
Get some movement into your day of desk work. Designed specifically for desk workers, gamers and other hobbyists who spend a lot of time seated, this virtual yoga class provides gentle movement focused on your eyes, neck, shoulders, hips, and wrists. We start with some breathing, centering and joint mobility movements, followed by a short posture sequence incorporating your desk and chair. Options are provided for both a fully seated and seated/standing hybrid class. All levels of experience and participation welcome!

Participation: Whatever you are most comfortable with! Cameras, voice or chat interaction and/or using your real name are not required. Join and leave at any time, no questions asked. All activities presented during this offering are optional!
Activity Level: Mild to Moderate, based on options chosen
Props: This class is designed to take in an office chair and desk, but can be taken fully seated, standing or even laying down, based on the preference of the participant. No props are required, other than a couch, chair, bed, mat or soft portion of floor for sitting and laying – blankets, pillows, blocks and other comfort items may be useful for enhancing your experience but are not required!
